It was created to life by Codename IA. Though the concept and the story originated from March 2016, the development started in March 2021 via Codename: NMPy and it was solely made as a side project and a bot in a certain Discord server. It was eventually made its way as a global bot via Codename "Fairywand".
After the integration of the "Battle Mode" which is the core part of the feature in Mayhem!, it was then called "Mizuki" resembling a hair of a girl for almost 2 years. As the bot grows into a PvP Battle with Tournament Modes and other integrations such as economy, it was time to rename it, then "Porcopion" came.
The PvP, Tournaments, and other Battle Modes were now the core development part that we wanted to explore further, making the current title obsolete and irrelevant. So after Porcopion, Mayhem! came. It became a perfect name as it depicts the current genre of the game.

Autobattle & Battle will receive their very own Set 2 soon (not this update)! However, there will be a minor to major difference:
Both Autobattle & Battle will have a scoring system (1 crown per win). These crowns are divided into several versions, depending on the map taken.
Of course, if there's a scoring system, there will be a leaderboard system. (If possible, there will also be a lose tracker)
Battle will receive a huge update: from the map selection (deprecated next set) to new character selection, up to the battle system. For now, a small sneak peek on what's coming to battle: Character Selection will be available on server-updates! Can't have any access to a certain channel? Join the server and verify.
Additional Notes:
Fixed autobattle match decider. If both players reach negative numbers, no one wins the game. This is to make the game fair and square. So reach those prayers and hope that there will be no tiebreakers!

Tournament Battle now restricts players under Level 1 and without 1000 coins.
Betting will be introduced to mini-games command and Tournament Battle. Betting uses your in-game coins collected from adventures and dailies.
In Tournament Battle, the command executor will initiate a bet (default: 1000) as a prize after the battle. It must meet both requirements from both players. The higher the bet, the higher the chance to lose it all.

Rose Gold: Christmas

Discard drops your active item (e.g., Pickaxes). This is the companion command for sell.
Fish lets you earn coins or Junk . This command uses Fishing Rod , which is available in the marketplace right after this update.

Active lets you view your current active items. This is the companion command for inventory, which only shows consumables.

Battle and Economy commands are now hidden to unregistered players (except register).
Added identifier in items, from common to ultra rare.
Updated item descriptions in items to match what they actually are when in use.
For the past updates, some users may have been stuck in the same thing over and over again, with myself forgetting every time to manually reset the database to 0. In this update, all map progresses from adventure and maps in interactive battles will be reset to 0. For recent coffee boosters (via Coffee ), you can still use your boost after restarting, but for a shorter timeframe than usual. This is also applicable to current voters (12hrs timeframe before it resets to 0).
Voting message and rewards should work properly after this update.
With the current state of the game past December 7, I've learned my lessons about implementing these big updates into broken ones. For the next patches, the system itself will set a timeframe for those recent top.gg voters and coffee boosters.

Christmas Event
Winter Showdown:
Starting on December 10, the event shop will open for cool event items that can be purchased during the event. Using a new currency, Snowflake, you can buy precious and jolly items from the shop, ranging from aesthetic purposes to actual consumables!
Snowflake currency can be earned by playing snow-themed maps from adventures, interactive battles, or by gambling. You can also earn snowflake currencies through mining, colosseum, and trade, which will be introduced by December 10.
Art of Giving:
Let us create a wonderful celebration of Christmas with gifts and presents (and also giving). Trading will start right after December 10. You can trade your item in exchange for what you'd like to receive. Also, you can just give coins, items, or discard them. Gold conversion will also be available here.
Gatecrasher Event:
Hold up, there is one thing I should ask. As Christmas gets closer, the gatecrasher is set to terrorize and destroy the entire island, and you users can defeat the gatecrasher by using !fight. Your goal is to defeat the gatecrasher by December 31 and receive sweet huge rewards upon reaching ZERO HP. The progress is set to be global, so work as one to keep the Christmas spirit alive.
Year-end Party:
With the presence of COVID-19 in some countries, some still don't open any crowd gathering events, thus making the end of year 2021 sad and lonely. But don't worry, Mizuki will handle it for you. Starting on December 30, the rave command will be implemented as a music source, playing non-stop upbeat songs until 2022! By this small tweak, we still celebrate the new year virtually with randoms or with your friends. Live up the spirit!
New Era:
Starting on January 6, Mizuki will transform its name into Porcopion along with the 9th Month Update, and the end of the Rose Gold event. This will feature the content of Mystery Package from the event shop. Who might it be?

Rose Gold: Overhaul
Slash commands have reappeared in some servers. For others, you will have to wait for at least an hour before they appear. To become one of the server testers, kindly send me your server ID and proof that Mizuki is in your server.
Being in the server testers means that when a new slash command is added, it will take only a matter of seconds in your server. No need to wait for hours.

Some commands have been deprecated in appearance with the new slash commands. This is, in fact, a preparation for the slash enforcement on January 1.
Re-added buttons and dropdowns in slash variants. Prefix-based commands will stay the same.
Added time frame for afk, which shows how long you are AFK when someone pings you.
All pings (reply and ping) are disabled. No more Mizuki randomly pinging a member just to tell you you haven't started your vault yet.
Added a new setting in settings, which serves no purpose until the Gatecrasher event. It adds a logging channel for selfmute, muteafk, and afk messages.
We've reached the maximum limit of slash commands! With that, some commands will be removed on purpose to put more commands that'll fit the bot's purpose. However, not all commands have their slash variants, so you need to use their prefix-based versions.
Fixed voting message for the third time. This now PROPERLY sends you a message after you voted, with bonus coins and stuff if you are registered already.
Added in-depth error handler for Discord games commands. If you are not in a voice channel, an error is raised. If you don't have enough permissions to use it, it raises another error. This is to reduce the confusion about which error has occurred when using these Discord games.

Winter Showdown
The grinch, or the gatecrasher, is here! He can appear during any command execution at any moment. Defeat the grinch as a whole. This progress is global.
Added events & grinch commands as a start of the winter showdown event.
Defeating the grinch gains a special gift containing something. You need to at least participate in one battle party.
To join the battle party, just participate in an activity where you will fight with the grinch. Use events for more info.
Fixed commands not registering to prefix.
Beginning January 1, servers that joined after January 1 will not be registered by the database anymore. This means that servers that recently joined will use the slash commands, while servers that had Mizuki on or before January 1 will continue to use prefix-based commands until February.

December Hotfix
!settings & /settings are now reworked.
In prefix-based commands, settings are now answerable through reactions, while in slash-based commands, settings are now answerable through buttons and dropdown menus.
Added some new settings: Channel Logging and Role Management.
Channel Logging now logs any activity from selfmute, afk, unmute, and muteafk. Defaults to none.
Role Management lets you customize three types: autoroles, mute afk roles, and normal afk roles. All of these default to none.
Vote duration is now super accurate, with no need to reset back to 12 hours every reset (unless some wacky things happen and break the code).
Coffee duration still restarts to 10 minutes for every downtime.
Coin bonuses from Strange Potion, Lucky Charm, and Candy are now harder to obtain. For every fail at Candy, your bonus coins will restart to +0.
Cooldown bonus from Coffee stays the same, but it's now harder to obtain half cooldown perks.
Chances of obtaining Octopus & Squid have increased, and Fishes are now more common to obtain, the same tier as Junk.
Mine bonuses for all pickaxes have been lowered. The same goes for lumber.

After the chilly and cold experience with the Winter Showdown, ice and snow will soon be thawed, and it is the era of Pets!
Introducing pets, a new type of command that lets you own your virtual pet and do various things, like feeding, cleaning, and playing (and also hunting). There are a lot of pets to be owned, so go choose one and care for your pet like you do in real life!
In this update, we are also experimenting with a "story-mode" command wherein there will be tasks to achieve and some words to read. This is fully experimental, so why don't you share your thoughts with us in the next events?
This update also adds more items and rank cards to the shop. The event shop will open once again to accommodate people.
Earn Paw Points, a virtual event currency used to purchase items via the Event Shop. You can earn this via pet commands and finishing the story mode.

Dark Side:
Welcome to the dark side of Porcopion. Today we're adding two things: nsfw and p******. These commands let you gain access to NSFW content. Good thing these commands only work on NSFW channels.
nsfw retrieves content from Reddit, while p****** is pretty self-explanatory.
Reworked/Returning Commands:
fortune will be back! And just like that. It's just functional after all.
adventure and autobattle now accept selections. You don't need to enter a number just to move forward. You can use selects.
adventure and autobattle prefixes are deprecated. Use the slash variant.
buy and sell no longer confirm up to 50 items. Just go.

Fixed reddit feeds where it doesn't show videos. As per embeds' rules, we can't display videos in embedded format, so we just send them as plain text. Funny, right?

clock both prefix and slash is now an Administrator command. You can have one of them, and it updates per minute instead of per second to escape the rate limit.

Experimental v2
Music has been updated visually and functionally. Here are the changes:
Addressing the incompetency of lyrics, we updated its function.
Since the original lyrics fetcher comes from Genius, it isn't "Genius" enough to fetch some obvious music. So we added another Genius lyrics fetcher, and it is now direct to Genius itself.
Genius is currently available right now, but will provide other options such as AZlyrics for better lyric fetching. (Musixmatch requires a plan and is not free for small projects like this.)
You can now fetch lyrics when you are listening to Spotify.
Disclaimer: When using the music player from the bot, auto-fetching might be hard and will still result in inaccurate results. We encourage you to use the query method (!lyrics oh my girl - dun dun dance).
Fixed remove and skipto when it returns an inaccurate index, removing a song you don't want to remove.
Fixed playlist name error on play <spotify playlist link> where it returns the album title of the first track instead of the playlist name.

Conversation Starters
Added 20 new wyr, 10 topic, and 10 ptb.
New command: move. Now you can fully customize your current queue by moving a selected music to a provided index. Example: move 3 1 (moves the song in queue position 3 to position 1).
New command: kdrama. This command among all subreddits uses the new category only to filter out submissions. This is to genuinely help the kdrama community by providing updates about the latest episodes or news about upcoming kdramas.
New sub-command: asktopic. This is a sub-command for topic, which comprises random topics from r/askreddit.
WARNING: This sub-command may bypass the NSFW filter. Be aware of its content. However, the majority of the topics are wholesome and topic-engaging.
Removed all roleplay slash commands.
All subreddit-based commands now retrieve content from unfiltered categories (hot, top, rising, new) except kpics.
This should help the commands in retrieving more content rather than sending the same thing after 10-50 tries.

Experimental v3
Autoplay: As Asdral mentioned earlier about autoplay, we've made some things clear once and for all.
Autoplay can be toggled by everyone by default and can be role-based by setting a DJ role.
DJ role can be anything. It can be administrator-based or exactly DJ. The bot will just take a legit role in your server to implement.
Implementing DJ role will affect the following commands:
Autoplay, volume, loop, equalizer, advanced equalizer, remove, move, and play.
Autoplay lets the bot play at least 3 songs every time the queue reaches only 1.
24/7 connectivity affects the autoplay so that you can have continued playback...until it breaks (hopefully it won't).
Upon disconnection, sudden outage, or conducting a restart, autoplay will be automatically disabled in all servers.
24/7 is also the same function in autoplay in case anything happens. This is to reduce the servers that are enabling autoplay and 24/7 but aren't totally using it. It is for saving and recycling resources as much as possible.
nowplaying, and embeds from add queue and now playing short messages are now updated with extra information and redesigning.
Progress bar is now blurple.
clock and addembed permissions lowered from Administrator to Manage Server and Manage Channels respectively.

Item Expansion
New Items:
Chests
4 Chests will debut this season. They can be claimed via repeated /daily, or by luck.
Common Chest & Magical Chest can be obtained by daily streaks. While Legendary Chest can be obtained by using commands.
Each chest gives random amount of coins, and several quantity of one random item. Legendary Chest gives (1) one legendary item instead.
Toolbox is technically a chest, for starters. Purchase one and obtain every basic active item in the list to start. One time use only!
Golden Scythe is a new legendary-type item that can be used to enhance your earnings in /harvest, gaining x3 amount as you would in Sickle.
Compass is an active item that enhances your usage in /travel, gaining 100% success in every command. This item is brittle enough to break easily.
Mascara is a consumable that bypasses every bank traps deployed by the user. Doesn't mean 100% success rate though.
Dodge Ring is a new battle item that increases your evasiveness by 3 turns. Using Gebion will automatically wear off your bonus!
Boxing Gloves is a new battle item that increases your bonus damage by 3 turns. Using Goland will automatically wear off your bonus!
Shovel is a new active item that lets you collect coins and exclusive items, who knows there might be chests underground.

/group battle - Play as a group to take down other groups in an all-new exciting game mode for servers.
/highlow - Remember that annoying mini-game wherein the magician merchant will appear to guess his number? He got his own command now.
/battlepass - After a year of being left behind, the first battlepass will finally set.
/leaderboards level - View leaderboards according to level by server or global.
/config enable discovery - Now your server has a chance to grow as long as @[/] Porcopion 2 is in your server. Just enable this and provide some information, and voila! Your server is now discoverable via /discovery.
/config disable discovery - Don't like rapid server growth? You can disable it.

Redefined /colosseum
/colosseum play is the new /colosseum. Same tactics, but your luck will increase with armors and equipment.
/colosseum edit lets you edit your active equipment. The higher the armor quality, the higher the luck!
/colosseum clear clears all armors and equipment equipped.
/leaderboards daily - Keep track of daily grinders globally.
Redefined /battle view achievements
Now moved to /achievements view.
To set an achievement, use /achievements set. To view achievements in detail, use /achievements view-detail.

Armor Sets increase your luck upon success in /colosseum play. The better the quality, the higher the luck.
Beginner's Armor Set can be purchased for 50,000.

New Items:
Chests
Alpha Chest can be obtained during the event.
New Set
Utility Sets will be implemented beginning on December 4, starting off with the Alpha Set.
Alpha Armor Set can be purchased for 30,000, gaining +17 luck per equipped set (+12 bonus luck if your entire loadout is alpha).
Alpha Woodaxe can be purchased for 140,000, gaining x1.9 coins than diamond woodaxe.
Alpha Pickaxe can be purchased for 150,000, gaining x1.7 coins than magical pickaxe, and has the same chance of obtaining diamonds as magical pickaxe.
Dynamite is an exclusive bomb aside from bomb and nuclear bomb, and is exclusive only to guild raids. Cannot use this item outside guild raids.
Cupcakes are winter-event exclusive items that grant +30-50 HP and +40-90 EP. Can be obtained only by gifts or alpha chest.
Cupcakes: A new battle item that increases your HP and EP by random. Can be obtained via Alpha Chest.
Alpha Chest: A chest that holds new alpha items. Can be obtained via /dig (obtaining via event will unlock via Winter Showdown: Mega Rush).
Alpha Armor Set: Purchasable for 300,000, these armors are no joke and can take you up to +17% each (+12% if all are equipped).
Alpha Pickaxe/Woodaxe: Purchasable for 150,000 & 140,000 respectively, you can obtain up to x1.9 the amount in Fireaxe, and can profit up to 9850 & 7777.
New Themes: Silent Night & Rose Gold: The year-end event is not complete without the Rose Gold themes. Silent Night theme can be obtained by /event exchange and Rose Gold is purchasable for 250.
New Commands:
/battle logs: View your past battle matches here. Up to 30 matches can be previewed here.
/config set grinch-channel: If you don't like this to spam on every single channel, use this. This also disables type-related mini-games.
/config set guild-raid: Toggles settings for guild raid. Defaults to true.
Changing it to false will make your server raid-friendly, preventing anyone from robbing. Only applies to the server toggled.
/config set guild-public: Toggles settings for public guild.
Changing it to false will make your guild private, preventing anyone from joining. Only owner or deity permission can invite members.
/settings user: Configuration settings for all user-related queries.
/settings server: Configuration settings for all server-related queries.
/settings guild: Configuration settings for all guild-related queries.
/guild create: Now's the chance to obtain Guild Scroll and create your own guild!
Each member can only create one guild.
/guild edit: Edit your guild. Add some banner, or description.
/guild disband: Disbands your guild, consuming your guild scroll completely.
/guild show: Displays your guild.
/guild invite: Invites a member, if guild is public, this command will be disabled.
/guild deposit/withdraw: Basic commands to store coins, diamonds, or items in your guild's vault.
If stored here, all members of your guild can withdraw any item.
/guild promote/demote: Basic commands to raise a member's guild status.
/guild repair: Repairs your guild storage, if destroyed.
Only the owner or deity can use this command.
/event daily: Gain rewards beginning December 12, 2022, at 8:00 AM until December 24, 2022, at 8:00 AM (12 Days of Christmas).
/battle logs: You can now (re)view your past 30 battles in /tournament & /battle play.

Winter Showdown: Mega Rush
Factions: The Voice of Light has been heard, and the Life Temple is reviving from the ashes of dark history. With this, the three ancient factions re-rises from the ground to fulfill their duties as themselves.
You can join a faction by using /faction join. Use /faction info for more info about your faction.
You can join one faction at a time with a 7-day cooldown. So choose wisely.
Joining a faction will unlock their crest and banner that can be shown in /userinfo & /battle info.
During the 7-day cooldown, you cannot switch factions. The more you switch, the longer the cooldown will be (max: 21 days).
As of now, there will be absolutely no sense in joining a faction other than crest and banners. But this will be the starting grounds for a wider war (like the grinch right now).
Double Sword: The final item of the Alpha Collections, the Double Sword can be used in /colosseum, gaining +17% luck.
Missed some parts in the "12 Days of Christmas" event? Mega Rush is here to save the day!

Xei'gan, the Scarlet Beast
After an eternity of torment from the Infernos, Xei'gan finally escapes from hell, and is now at Challenger's Town, terrorizing the people by consuming them.
Q: Scream of the Beast - Xei'gan screams, dealing damage for two consecutive rounds.
W: Thundercharge - Xei'gan charges forward and slams the enemy, dealing damage and stuns the enemy for one round.
E: Vital Part - Xei'gan reveals the target's vital part and strikes it, dealing damage.
R: Consume the Weak
[PASSIVE]: Upon reaching 120 HP and above, Xei'gan [ 1: Heal ] will increase by initial hp + 60% of max hp.
[ACTIVE]: Xei'gan chomps the enemy, dealing damage + 40% of max hp, and gains him +4-7 additional max hp by 20% chance. If max hp reaches 200, it heals him instead by 100% dmg + 40% of max hp.

The season of hunting will begin! Collect Easter Eggs and Bunny through /hunt and exchange them through /event exchange.
Gaius, the Elemental Elder is now available on /tournament.

Relian, the Aether Wing will fly over the battleground and purifies you with her powerful magic. Her existence will be recognized tomorrow, April 7th.
Q: Fireblade - Relian fires her blade and strikes, dealing damage for two consecutive rounds.
W: Wings of Gratitude - Relian flaps her wings, gaining its own power to absorb the target's health, dealing damage and healing her for 70% of the damage.
R: Resurrection - Relian blesses herself, granting undead status. While being undead, upon reaching 0 HP or below, Relian will rise from the dead granting her 50 HP, 50 EP, & 3 Evasiveness.
